The live parts of the plugs are accessible when the plug is fully or partially connected to a socket and it is possible to partially insert just one pin of the plug into the adaptor. A user could touch these live parts and receive an electric shock. The product does not comply with the requirements of the General Product Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 23-57.
