Risk Description

The article has too many duds with and without fuse, users can ignite them causing injuries and/or burns. The fireworks may burst or eject burning material outside the designated safety distance of 8 m or below a height of 3 m, causing injuries and/or burns and/or a fire to the user or bystanders. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive nor with the European standard EN 15947.

Recommended action

Burns: Stop using the product immediately. If you have suffered burns, cool the area with running water and seek medical attention. Do not attempt to repair the product. Fire: Disconnect the product from any power source and stop using it immediately. Do not leave it unattended. Store it away from flammable materials. Contact the retailer for a refund. Injuries: Stop using the product immediately. Check yourself and family members for any injuries. Store the product safely out of reach and contact the retailer or manufacturer for a replacement or refund.

Who is at risk?

All users. Children and elderly people are particularly vulnerable to burn injuries. All household members. Fire risks are especially dangerous for sleeping areas and children's rooms. All users, particularly children and elderly people who may be more vulnerable to injury.
