Risk Description
This toy poses a risk of injuries because:- the casing broke in half during the drop test;- parts of different polarity (battery contacts) can short-circuit in the battery casing by means of a stiff metal wire 0.5 mm in diameter, which can cause the temperature of the batteries to rise higher than it is permitted by the standard;- wheels of the vehicle came off when a force of less than 60 N was applied, exposing dangerous spindles;- there is no information about the batteries.This product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standards EN 71-1 and EN 50088.
