Risk Description
The product contains the aromatic amine o-anisidine (measured value: 21 mg/kg) which is carcinogenic, mutagenic, toxic and sensitising on protracted contact with the skin. The Council of Europe Resolution ResAP (2008)1 on requirements and criteria for the safety of tattoos and permanent make-up recommends that o-ansidine is not present in tattoo ink. The product does not comply with national legislation.
