Risk Description
The firework battery could fall over during lighting. This could lead to injuries and/or burns to the user or to bystanders. Moreover, due to the flash powder composition used, the surrounding cardboard sheath is not able to withstand the increased pressure build-up, it can rip apart and burn. This could lead to a fire. Additionally, the sound pressure level is too high (measured values up to 140 dB). Consequently, it can cause damage to hearing. The product does not comply with the requirements to the Pyrotechnics Directive nor with the European standard EN 15947.
