Risk Description
The seat-belt tensioners of the front seats can fail to lock correctly after release and loosen again under the body weight of the person who is fastened in. This means there is a higher risk of injury to the driver and the front-seat passenger, particularly in head-on collisions and/or if the vehicle somersaults.
