Risk Description
The adaptor has no provision for earthing and internal contacts are not secured adequately. The plug pins which carry mains electrical current can become exposed during use of the product exposing the user to live parts and the risk of electric shock.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant international standard IEC844-2-5 and the relevant national standard BS1363.
