Risk Description

The dimension of the openable EUROPE plug is significantly smaller than required. Single-pole or partial insertion of a plug into the adaptor is possible. If one of the pins is inserted in a socket, the user could touch the pins of the other plug and receive an electric shock. Furthermore, the product has a protection class II plug and therefore no earth connection.However, an appliance of protection class I (which should be earthed) may be connected to the device and would consequently not be earthed. As a consequence, live parts may be accessible.The product does not comply with the relevant standard IEC 60884.
