Travel charger was recalled on 3 November 2017 under EU Safety Gate alert A12/1484/17. Electric shock risk reported by Finland. The insulation of the adapter is insufficient and the clearance /creepage distances between the primary and secondary windings are too small.

Risk Description
The insulation of the adapter is insufficient and the clearance /creepage distances between the primary and secondary windings are too small. As a consequence parts of the adapter can become live and lead to an electric shock if touched.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60950.
