Risk Description
The product poses a risk of electric shock because there is no earthing continuity, i.e. earthing is not guaranteed when you are using the travel adaptor with electrical equipment requiring earthing. E.g. an appliance with only basic insulation having a plug for class 0 equipment fits in the earthed socket-outlet of the adaptor, when it should not be possible to engage a class 0 plug into an earthed socket-outlet. In the event of failure of the basic insulation, it is possible to access live parts.
