The product poses a serious risk of electric shock because:- the contact pins of the adaptor intended to be used in the UK can be exposed and may therefore be touched prior to or during use,- the contact pins of the inserted plug can be touched,- it is possible to insert one plug contact pin, while the other live pin is exposed.
