Risk Description
The product poses a risk of electric shock because it is possible to insert only one pin of a plug into the socket-outlet part of the adaptor. As a consequence, the user can easily get a fatal electric shock from the accessible pin of the plug. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant European standard EN 60884.
