The product poses:- a risk of choking, because the parts of the toy which fits entirely into the small part cylinder can be easily detached,- a chemical risk, due to an excessive lead (534 mg/kg exceeding the limit of 90 mg/kg) and chromium (146 mg/kg exceeding the limit of 60 mg/kg) level.

Risk Description
The product poses:- a risk of choking, because the parts of the toy which fits entirely into the small part cylinder can be easily detached,- a chemical risk, due to an excessive lead (534 mg/kg exceeding the limit of 90 mg/kg) and chromium (146 mg/kg exceeding the limit of 60 mg/kg) level.The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product Description
Varicoloured plastic train operated on batteries, the front part in shape of teddy face. Small figure of yellow teddy is part of packaging. The product is sold in a varicoloured cardboard box with a transparent window, a picture of the toy and marking Happy Train, NO.SY788 and others.
