Risk Description
The plastic bag packaging is too thin. If a child places the plastic bag over their head, they could asphyxiate. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1.

Plastic battery-operated, has wheels and an attached string. The toy is in the shape of a cow, with painted eyes and cheeks, horns, and a transparent bell attached to the neck.
