Risk Description

The product poses a risk of injuries and choking because : - the whistle has inappropriate dimensions and fits entirely into the small parts cylinder. - the suction cups can be easily detached. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product Description

The toy consists of: a gun made of grey plastic, three darts 80 mm long, ended with orange suction cups of diameter 24 mm, a whistle, an imitation grenade, binoculars, handcuffs with key, walkie-talkie and a badge. The packaging has a CE-mark, a pictogram concerning age 0-3 restriction and the following information in Polish on a sticker: name and address of the importer. EAN number, “The packaging is not a toy”, “Keep for further reference”, “Made in China”.
