The product poses:- a risk of injuries because the sun glasses can easily break releasing hazardous sharp points and loose parts that could enter the eye,- a chemical risk because the plastic material of the suction cup contains 14% by weight of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) 7.

Risk Description
The product poses:- a risk of injuries because the sun glasses can easily break releasing hazardous sharp points and loose parts that could enter the eye,- a chemical risk because the plastic material of the suction cup contains 14% by weight of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) 7.7% by weight of di-‘isononyl’ phthalate (DINP) and 2% by weight of Dibutyl phthalate (DBP).According to the REACH Regulation, the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited in toys or childcare articles that can be placed in the mouth by children.The product does not comply with the Toys Safety Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
