The product poses a risk of: - damage to hearing because the emission of sound pressure is 99dB, whereas the limit for close-to-the-ear toys is 80 dB,- choking because small parts may easily be detached and they fit completely into the small parts test cylinder.

Risk Description
The product poses a risk of: - damage to hearing because the emission of sound pressure is 99dB, whereas the limit for close-to-the-ear toys is 80 dB,- choking because small parts may easily be detached and they fit completely into the small parts test cylinder. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product Description
A toy mobile phone with a picture of a cartoon dog and the inscription “Hello”. The toy is made of dark yellow plastic, with five buttons coloured green, dark blue, light yellow and orange. The toy is powered by 2 AA batteries. Pressing any button causes sound and light emission. On the sticker and the packaging there are warnings and information concerning the product in Polish: the name and address of the importer, “CE mark”, “Made in China”, number of product and EAN, pictogram concerning the age 0-3 restriction and the warning “Choking hazard due to small parts".
