Toy mobile phone was recalled on 17 August 2007 under EU Safety Gate alert 0819/07. Choking risk reported by Hungary. This toy poses a chocking risk because the cover of the battery holder can be removed by hand without the aid of a tool what results in an easy access to batteries.

Risk Description

This toy poses a chocking risk because the cover of the battery holder can be removed by hand without the aid of a tool what results in an easy access to batteries. Children may put batteries into mouth and choke.This toy does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 50088.

Product Description

Mobile phone toy with a lid that can be opened. Dimension: 103x45x23 mm. There is a sticker with a girl’s figure on the front. The toy is operated by 2x 1,5V button cells supplied with the product. The toy talks and gives musical sounds when pressing a button.
