The product poses a risk of damage to hearing because it produces a sound with the weighted emission of acoustic pressure of 94.9 dB, which exceeds the permitted limit value of 80 dB for toys to be used close to the ear. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product Description
Child’s plastic mobile phone, yellow and white with a transparent plastic antenna and a white string to hang around the neck of a child. On the front cover of the mobile there is a sticker with a mouse marked "Mikey, Minnie". The toy is operated by 2 batteries of 1.5 V. Packaging: blister on varicoloured cardboard with pictures of the mice Mikey and Minnie. A plastic torch is attached to the packaging.<b>This is a counterfeit product.</b>
