The product poses a risk of damage to hearing because the sound produced by the mobile is 105.2 dB, whereas for toys which are clearly made for sound production and are placed close to the ear, the weighted emission of acoustic pressure must not exceed the value of 80 dB. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.
