Risk Description
The product poses a risk of injuries because it fails the impact test and one side of the phone breaks. The broken, exposed edges produce splinters and accessible plastic points which may cause injuries. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.

The packaging is a plastic blister pack on cardboard marked as follows: "Battery operated PHONE 2 "AA" Battery", the labelling carries the VIDAL brand, a CE mark, warnings, instructions for the batteries and the details of the responsible company.
