Risk Description
The product poses a risk of cuts and injuries caused by sharp edges because: -the helicopter operates by a spring mechanism, which enables it to fly. There is no protection around the rotating surfaces. Owing to the design and the way the toy operates, the rotor blade edges constitute an injury risk, - in launching the helicopter there is a danger of the rotating blades hitting the child in the face. Also, if the helicopter hits the ceiling, a rotor blade can fall off, constituting a further injury risk. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.
