The product poses a risk of choking because : - suction cups may be detached, - inappropriate length of all 4 darts –32 mm, instead of at least 57 mm,The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product Description
The set consists of a gun made of hard plastic (colours yellow, violet and black), 4 darts made of yellow plastic with orange suction cups at the end. Packed in a transparent blister on coloured cardboard with numbers. Markings: “CE mark”, the name and address of the importer, “Made in China”, EAN number, pictogram with age 0-3 restriction, and warnings : “Not intended for children below 3 years”, “Store the toy out of reach of small children”, “The toy may be used only under supervision of an adult”, “The toy meets requirement of EN 71-1 standard".
