The product poses a risk of injuries because:- the suction cups became detached during the stretching test, - lack of information about the danger of using ammunition other than that provided with the toy, - lack of warning “Do not aim at eyes or face”.

Risk Description

Product Description
The set consists of a gun made of silver-coloured plastic, 5 darts made of black plastic with orange suction cups at the end and a board with numbers made of yellow, red, white and blue plastic. There is no information about the packaging, only the marking, which is: “CE mark”, the name of a toy “set with a gun”, the name and address of the importer, EAN number, pictogram “not intended for children “0-3” and written information “not intended for children under 3 years due to small parts, which can be swallowed.”, “Keep the packaging while it contains useful information”.
