Risk Description
The product poses a risk of choking because the suction cup component of all four projectiles can be detached with a force of less than 90N (i.e. two can be detached at 22N and 29N and the other two can be detached at 20N and 24N) and they fit into the small parts cylinder. As children often put suction cups into their mouths to moisten them, there is a risk that the suction cup detaches in the mouth and this could pose a potential choking or asphyxiation hazard to a child, by blocking the airway. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.
