Risk Description
The product poses a serious risk of damage to sight because the kinetic energy is 0.12 J. Since rigid projectiles without flexible tips can be used, the kinetic energy should not exceed 0.08 J. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product Description
The sample is a toy pistol made of black plastic, measuring 143 mm in length and 89 mm in height and marked "MADE IN CHINA" and "NO:5638" on both sides above the butt. It is supplied with three black plastic projectiles measuring 69 mm in length and three red suction cups made of a soft material and measuring approximately 20 mm to 25 mm in diameter that can be fitted onto the projectiles. The items are sold in a welded blister pack with cardboard backing.
