The product poses a risk of choking because the form and appearance of the plastic strawberries are such that it is likely that children will confuse them with a foodstuff and consequently either place them in their mouths, suck or ingest them.

Risk Description
The product poses a risk of choking because the form and appearance of the plastic strawberries are such that it is likely that children will confuse them with a foodstuff and consequently either place them in their mouths, suck or ingest them.The product does not comply with Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
