Risk Description
The reversing camera may freeze giving the false impression that the area behind the vehicle is clear, despite the presence of people or obstacles there. This may increase the risk of accident and injury. In addition, warning messages such as parking sensor failure and emergency calls can be displayed in the instrument cluster during operation. Systems controlled via the centre screen, such as heating, seat heating and ventilation, may also be inoperable. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
