Risk Description

This product poses a risk of electric shock because when the product is plugged in but switched off, the heating element is live. The heating element can be touched with the index finger. Whether the heating element is live depends on the position of the plug.The product clearly does not have all-pole disconnection, which is normally standard in toasters.One accident reported.This product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60335-1.

Toaster with polished stainless steel exterior and LED display. The affected model numbers are 12502-56 and 12502-57 with batch numbers 0621; 0607; 0640 (The 1st and 2nd figures are the production year; 3rd and 4th figures are the calendar week.).
