The product poses a risk of electric shock because the heating coil remains live even when the toaster is switched off. There is a risk of electric shock if hands or a conductive utensil are inserted into the toaster (for example, in order to remove an obstacle or to clean it) and touch the heating coil.The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60335.
