Risk Description
The boat does not have enough buoyancy to float when flooded with water. The boat may sink, increasing the risk of drowning for users. Moreover the required warnings and re-boarding instructions are missing in the user manual. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Recreational Craft and Personal Watercraft Directive.
