This product poses a serious risk of fire because:- during the test, the product has changed resulting in a damage of insulating material protecting current-carrying parts, which may cause a direct contact with the current-carrying parts.

Risk Description
This product poses a serious risk of fire because:- during the test, the product has changed resulting in a damage of insulating material protecting current-carrying parts, which may cause a direct contact with the current-carrying parts. The product is made from the material not resistant to heat;- the values provided on the product are not suitable for the current-carrying capacity and voltage;- marking of the product is missing.One incident has been reported.This product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant standards.

Product Description
The product is white of 0,075 kg weight, packaged in a transparent bag closed with a card. Marking on the product concerning rated values for power supply: 16A/250V, on the sockets 10A/250V; 2,5A/250V, on the card 250V~, 3x250V~, S16A max with the text "the appliance complies with electrical safety".
