The Cocoa Cloud was recalled on 19 December 2025 under EU Safety Gate alert SR/04402/25. Microbiological risk reported by Spain. Microbial growth (Pseudomonas aeruginosa) has been observed after the use of the product (batch SR335) due to a loss of efficacy of the preservative in that batch.

Microbial growth (Pseudomonas aeruginosa) has been observed after the use of the product (batch SR335) due to a loss of efficacy of the preservative in that batch. If used on damaged skin, the product may cause infection or irritation. The product does not comply with the Cosmetic Products Regulation.
