Risk Description
There were a number of accessible apertures in the base of the casing. The internal connections are tack soldered without mechanical fixing. The earth circuit is insecure. The primary and secondary circuits are touching.The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standards EN 60335 and EN 61558.
