Risk Description
The product contains mercury (measured value: 0.029 mg/kg). Mercury bio-accumulates, is one of the most hazardous toxicants to the environment and is, through it, a threat to human health.Additionally, the product has an excessive concentration of copper and several phthalates, in particular dibutyl phthalate (DBP) (measured values: 1.97% and 39.4 % by weight respectively). Copper can cause liver and kidney damage and might affect fertility. DBP may harm the health by causing possible damage to the reproductive system. The product does not comply with the REACH Regulation.
