Risk Description
Due to its characteristic form, colour and size, the tablecloth holders in the form of ice creams may be mistaken for foodstuff. If a child pulls hard, the ice creams may become detached and be put in the mouth, causing choking. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
