Risk Description

The product poses a risk of electric shock and fire because: - the base of the lamp can break, - the lamp is without SELV. 10.10, - the parameters of the plug and the cable (cross-section of 0.1 mm2) are not compliant, - the supply cable is not fixed to the lamp; it moves freely and can be released from the lamp holder, - the product is not insulated and the plastic cover can be released resulting in access to live parts. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.

Product Description

Table lamp made from PVC with a white plastic lampshade, a plastic gold coloured lamp holder, a black and silver plastic base in the shape of a fish and an anchored bulb holder. The fish has an opening with a picture of two cats, stars and wording “Happy time”. A black supply cable with a black switch and a red button is anchored to the base. Data on plug – 2,5 A, 250 V, data on the cable - PVC INSULATED WIRE 300/300V. Packaging – a cardboard box.
