The product poses a serious risk of electric shock because: - the lamp is not supplied with a transformer/converter generating extra low voltage, as is required for the child-appealing lamp, - the lampholder is not secured against torque during replacement of the bulb.

Risk Description
The product poses a serious risk of electric shock because: - the lamp is not supplied with a transformer/converter generating extra low voltage, as is required for the child-appealing lamp, - the lampholder is not secured against torque during replacement of the bulb. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.

Product Description
The lampshade of the product is made of blue rubber and is in the form of a dolphin, with a spiral-shaped base. The lamp is supplied with an E14 10 W bulb. Technical specifications: 230 V, E14, 10 W, Class II, IP20.
