The primary and secondary windings can make contact and reduce creepage and clearance distances. Insulation on the transformer is inadequate and does not provide protection against electric shock. The fuse in the plug is inadequate.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standards EN 60950-1 and EN 60227 and the relevant national standard BS 1363.
