Risk Description
The swim-ring contains bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (measured value 15.1% by weight) and di-isononyl phthalate (DINP) (measured value 0.48% by weight). According to the REACH Regulation DEHP is prohibited in all toys and childcare articles while DINP is prohibited in toys or childcare articles that can be placed in the mouth by children.
