Risk Description

The product poses a chemical risk to children because it contains between 11.5% and 12.7% by weight of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), 2.9% and 6.5% of di- 'isononyl' phthalate (DINP) and 0.28% and 0.49% of di- 'isodecyl' phthalate (DIDP). According to the REACH Regulation the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited in toys or childcare articles that can be placed in the mouth by children.

Inflatable swim-ring 91cm, made from softened PVC.The background is yellow, the top is transparent with a multicoloured picture of a butterfly. There are warnings in English on the product. The product is packed in a transparent bag with a label indicating the manufacturer and importer and warnings
