The bolts that mount the water pump pulley to the water pump may not be sufficiently tightened and as a consequence they may become loose, leading to the water pump belt coming off.

Risk Description
The bolts that mount the water pump pulley to the water pump may not be sufficiently tightened and as a consequence they may become loose, leading to the water pump belt coming off. In the worst case, if the user ignores the warning light for poor cooling, the engine may stop and it may not be possible to restart it.
