Risk Description
The safety gate is not sufficiently high: a child can climb over it and fall. Moreover, it can break or open unexpectedly due to an inadequate opening mechanism with the risk of a child falling down the stairs, and it has protruding corners where the garments of a child could get caught, causing strangulation. In addition there are gaps and holes where a child's fingers could be trapped.The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 1930.
