Risk Description
The product poses a risk of injuries due to the fact that the folding mechanism and fastening structure of the scooter can break and the steering column be bent when some strength is applied. Moreover, the diameter of the first wheel of play scooter is too small and can consequently get stuck on uneven surfaces. The diameter of the steering handle’s ends is also too small, so that the hands of the child can slip off.Therefore, the user may fall and suffer injuries. In addition, the holes and slots of the product can cause the entrapment of the child's fingers. Due to this the child can suffer injuries.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
