Risk Description
The plastic plug on the carbon filter drain hose may melt by the heat emanating from the exhaust and act as an ignition source. Consequently, small quantities of fuel may escape through the open/damaged plug and melting plastic can drip onto the exhaust manifold, increasing the risk of fire. The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Directive.
