The product poses a risk of injuries because the mechanism for automatic locking is defecttive and a shear point is formed underneath the seat, as a result the fingers of the user could be entrapped and crushed.

Risk Description

The product poses a risk of injuries because the mechanism for automatic locking is defecttive and a shear point is formed underneath the seat, as a result the fingers of the user could be entrapped and crushed. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 581-1.

Product Description

Folding wooden chair with a dysfunctional mechanism for automatic locking. The product consists of two pieces and they are packaged in cardboard box. Product doesn't have instructions for use. On the label there is following inscription: "SEDIA PIEGHEVOLE BISTRO LEGNO ACACIA FIN TEAK BUY".
