Risk Description
The product has an excessive concentration of 1,2-dichloroethane (measured value: 65.2% by weight). 1,2-dichloroethane may cause cancer if inhaled. The product does not display the required warnings and hazard labels and lacks child-resistant fastening. Therefore users are not properly informed about the dangers incurred when the product comes into contact with the skin and eyes. The product does not comply with the REACH Regulation nor with the Regulation on classification, labelling and packaging (CLP).
