Risk Description
The passenger’s front airbag inflator could produce excessive internal pressure if it deploys, causing the inflator to rupture. In this case, metal fragments could be propelled upwards toward the windscreen or downward towards the front passenger’s foot-well, potentially causing injury to the passenger.
