Risk Description
The moulded lugs which secure the upper level to the lower level do not properly locate into the base. When the upper platform is loaded off centre, there is a risk of the lugs becoming separated from the base causing the upper level to topple over.One incident reported.
Product Description
Step stool. Three spring-loaded wheels allow it to glide over the floor, yet sit down firmly on rubber stops when load is applied. Affects goods delivered since 18/08/2010.
