Risk Description
The stamp pens have an excessive concentration of lead (measured value: 0.97 mg/kg).Lead is harmful to children as it can lead to developmental neurotoxicity. It accumulates in the body and may also affect their future progeny when breast-fed or unborn. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-3.
